Overview
The Servicing English Cluster in FCVAC serves all the English courses which are university requirements for students to graduate. All the courses are designed to equip students with appropriate and necessary language skills – mainly listening, speaking, reading and writing – to ensure their readiness for stepping into their future career world
Diploma and Degree Courses
For students of April 2020 Semester intake, the courses below are applied:
COURSES FOR DIPLOMA STUDIES:
- ZEU1113 – Proficiency English 1
- ZEU1223 – Proficiency English 2
- ZEU2311 – Effective Communication
COURSES FOR DEGREE STUDIES:
- ZES1133 – Technical English 1
- ZES1243 – Technical English 2
- ZES2312 – Public Speaking and Communicative Skills
Pre-requisitory
- ZEU1223 Proficiency English II – Students must pass ZEU1113 Proficiency English I, in which the passing grade is D.
- ZES1243 Technical English II – Students must pass ZES1133 Technical English I, in which the passing grade is D.
