The faculty boasts its own broadcast studio, where it is equipped with the latest equipment and gadgets to help students practice what they learn in class and get hands-on broadcasting experience in front, as well as off screen. Classes that use the studio include Digital Audio and Video Production, Videography, Broadcast Journalism and Investigative Reporting.
Students will get to learn techniques for producing different kinds of television programmes such as news and documentary, as well as learn how to handle cameras during a pre-recorded show and a live show. For those interested to be in front of the camera, the studio also provides experiences as a broadcast journalist and news anchor.
The studio is also equipped with a TriCaster, a live production system for broadcasting, live streaming and recording as well as controlling the studio lights by a touch of few buttons from the control room.
The studio also houses TV Unisel.
